How can I return my order?
If an ordered item does not suit you, you can exchange it for a different size of the same model directly online; for this, please refer to this article. You also have the option to return one or more items from your order to obtain a refund:
- In-store, within 30 days (excluding archive sales and Last Chance items).
- By mail, within 14 days from the receipt of your order.
- In-Store Return
You have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your order to go to the nearest Maje store (excluding corners in department stores, outlets, affiliates) to return your items.
We do not offer exchanges for items purchased from our online store: if the item you want is available in-store, our teams will process the refund of your order and invite you to make a new purchase.
Return by Mail
You have a period of 14 days after the date of receipt of your order to print your return label to send back one or more of your items for free (excluding Archive sales).

Delivery Fees
We offer free delivery all year round with the standard delivery method within 2/3 working days.
We also offer an Express delivery option for €6 (excluding Archive sale periods).
This delivery method ensures a delivery time of 1/2 working days if your order is placed from Monday morning to Thursday morning.
We do not guarantee express delivery time if your order is placed outside these time slots.

Delivery Methods
When confirming your order, you must select one of the following delivery methods:
1Standard Delivery Methods (Free Delivery - within 2/3 working days)- Delivery to Maje boutique (excluding corners, department stores, outlets, affiliates, and promotional periods).
To select your boutique, simply enter your postal code and the nearest boutique will appear on the map. Finally, click on "Choose this boutique" and its address will automatically be saved as the delivery address.
Upon receipt of your order in the boutique, you will receive an email indicating the collection details of your order.
Archive sale: If your order contains items from the Archive sale, in-store delivery at Maje is not offered. You will have the option of home delivery or delivery to a pick-up point.
- Standard home delivery
Have your order delivered to the address of your choice. In case of absence during the delivery of your order, a delivery notice will be left to inform you of the collection details of your order.
- Delivery to a relay point
Have your order delivered to the nearest relay point.
2Express home delivery (Paid Delivery - within 1/2 working days)
You can track the progress of your order upon receipt of the email confirming the shipment of your order with tracking information.
How can I track my order ?
Upon shipment of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. It will contain the tracking number of your package.
You will be able to track the delivery of your orders:
- By clicking on "Track my order".
- By logging into your Maje customer account and going to the "My orders" section. The status update of your order will indicate its progress towards your delivery address.
Here are the possible statuses:
Your order is being prepared by our logistics team. It has not yet been handed over to the carrier.
Where can I find my return label ?
If you ordered through your customer account
Go to your customer account under the "My Orders" section, then click on "View +" and "Download the return label".
If you ordered as a guest
You will have access to the return label via the "Track my order" page by entering your order number. Download the label, print it, and attach it to the package.
Return Deadlines
Return by mail
You have a period of 14 days after the date of receipt of your order to print your return label in order to return one or more of your items to us for free (excluding Archive sales).
Return in store
You have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your order to go to the nearest Maje store (excluding corners in department stores, outlets, affiliates) to return your order.
In-store returns will result in a refund. Items purchased during Archive Sales and Last Chance cannot be returned in-store.
How can I track the return of my order ?
You can track the return of your orders in your customer account, under the "Returns & refunds" section based on the available statuses :
Your return package has been taken over by the carrier.
You will be refunded within a maximum of 2 to 7 days.
